Leadership is an art of encouraging a group of individual to act regarding accomplishment
of a shared aim. In a company setting, this can state directing employees and workers with a
strategy to meet the organisation’s needs and goals. It can be a process or activity that can be
performed by the leader of firm by motivating and guiding workforce so that they can execute
their work and meet set objective in effective manner (Bush, Bell and Middlewood, 2019).
Whereas administration is a practice of overseeing the business performance and functions and
for this manager formulate effective plans and strategies. As per view of Liz Ryan, guidance and
administration is most crucial fraction of any flourishing company and this document also define
the how leadership abilities impacts performance of the workers of the company and how
administration capabilities of administrator assists in administrating employees of the
organisation so that objectives and objective can be accomplished in set time duration.
A leader is indicates to individual that direct member of a group and motivate them to attain
prearranged objectives and aims in granted time duration. Leadership is defines as essential
components of administration of firm that direct the workers in ordinary way and guide them
regarding aim and objective of company. The organization is a skill that assists in devising task
completed through manpower in efficient form and gainful manners. Administration consists of
the interconnecting purpose of making business policy and organising, scheduling, domineering
and leading a venture’s assets in order to accomplish the objectives of that strategy. This written
report will discuss about importance of leadership and management, difference as well as
similarities among leadership and administration (Weiss, Tappen and Grimley, 2019). Further,
will explain about diverse leadership hypothesis and growth programmes of the company which
organise by business firm to accomplish the objective in profitable manner.

Leadership- In current era, this is crucial for the company to have effective leaders in their
organization so that aims can be attained in efficiency forms. The leadership is a skill which
directs people of a group in specific way in which task can be participated in the most efficient
form so that task of firm can be accomplished in marketplace. It is an activity of encouraging
individual within a company through a method which assists the organisation to accomplish its

principles aims in proper way. It is an excellence and ability of the people of a business venture
acquired by assistance of them to complete mission or work in improved form and such
individual are known as leaders of enterprise (Golensky and Hager, 2020). Leader refers a person
who have large amount of group and provides them as encouragement to employees of a
company and inspires them by executing properly in the work so that aims of enterprise can be
attained in effective manner.
Leadership is a form of leading and guiding workforce so that work can be completed in
better manner or within set time duration. In a business firm, there are leader who take the
accountabilities for the group work and concentrates on accomplishing the objectives and need to
attain them in fewer time frames. The workers of company are categorised into little faction and
every group has its head who direct them regarding execution of work or task. In contended
marketplace leaders assists an establishment in overwhelming the rivals in market and become a
leader in the target marketplace. An effective leader is a person takes care of entre teammates
and encourages them to execute properly in company by motivating and inspiring employees
after set time duration and administrate entire group regarding accomplishment of shared aims
and aims in commercial as well as amended form.
Management- It is considered as tools and techniques that are utilised and implemented by the
manager of the company to manage the manpower within the organisation so that firm are
capable to attain set objectives and aims in organized forms. Administration activity is not
incomplete to administrator as it consists different effects like men, money, material and
methods etc. These aspects assist corporation for accomplishing aims. Administrator undertakes
to allege of administrating financial statement of corporation its workforce and taking effective
company pronouncement in context of current as well as upcoming scenario, building
programmes and offering desired views to the members of the group so that all the actions are
executed in most amended manners (Hallinger, 2018). The individual believes that leadership
and administration are equal obsession in company but they are different in diverse forms, as
influencers has disciple that obtains encouraged by individuals where administrator is an
individual administer the workforce in administration and look after that they are performing for
effectiveness of establishment in long time. The enterprise requires having a good character,
image and string performance of directors and managers so that team of business venture are
place on the planks in workplace so that firm create profitability in intention market place.
