If leaders are not honest with theirteamteam,then theycan notcannotexpect fromtheir team to be hoist with them. Leadership is only successful if the leader is honest with theirteam then only the other team member will follow him and they will be honest with the leader. Asuccessful leaders always honest and integrated with team and they will always support theirteam.ConfidenceTo beaaneffective leader of the team, leader have to be confident enough so theygroupmembers can follow the command given by leader. Group members will not follow leaders ifthey are not sure about their own decisions and their directions.
