INTRODUCTIONLeadership and management development program is help to enhance awareness ofstrength and challenges relation to wide range of leadership attributes. This help to maintain theeffective role in organisation and between employees (Donate and de Pablo, 2015). Present studyis based on “Baker Hughes a GE company” is world's first and only full-stream provider ofoilfield products, services and digital solution. BHGE is collaborating with customers to developtechnology and solving business challenges through follow it effective and valuable policy whichis leadership and management development program policy. The aim of this report is the currentsituation of key stakeholders and overview of organisation.MAIN BODYAnalysis the roles of key stakeholders in current situation.BHGE management and team recognize the long term interests of shareholder andstakeholders. Both are important part of organisation and plays an important role to successfullymeet with goals and objective. Each and every stakeholders are discussed below:EmployeesEmployees are very important part of the organisation. Their contribution is help to meetwith organisation goals and objectives (Edwards and et.al., 2015.). They are the best aspects ofBHGE organisational culture. At present company have 64000 employees in overs 120 countries,building local capability in global footprint.CustomersCustomers are important and effective part of every organisation. Their contribution ishelp to successfully meet with the highest profit of firm. Customer is success an organisationfunction. They play an important role to get maximum values out of product and services withsales and marketing. Their roles is key success of BHGE company.Company is work with customers, industry groups and other stakeholders. They supportto work of environment partnership (Lawton and Páez, 2015). They all are plays an importantand effective role in industry growth and successfully meets with organisation goals andobjectives.1
