Wa-Pila is a service industry organisation which have different internal and external
factor. Both factors directly impact on management style and structure in positive and
negative manner. After analysing the external and internal factors the management of Wa-
Pila, will be capable to take an effective decision for implementing the leadership and
management style in coordinated and systematic manner.
Internal factors: There are different types of internal factor such as internal relationship,
complex financial, organisational structure and culture, complex business demand and
alignment etc. All these are consider major part of internal factor which will directly
impact on management style as well structure also. In context of Wa-Pila, there are some
internal factor which are determined as under:
Internal relationship: It introduces as a main internal factor which will impacted
on management structure and leadership. In Wa-Pila, there is better relationship between
manager and employees which will help an organisation by improving its goodwill in
marketplace. Effective internal relationship will also support a business manager to
implement democratic management style and also to develop flat structure. In democratic

about with company structure. Therefore, it will help an organisation to develop
innovations and achieve long term goals and objectives.
External factor: There are different types of external factor which is globalisation and
promoting global capabilities, managing divers telnet, stakeholders and customers etc. All
these are considering main types of external factor which will impact on management
structure as well as style in direct manner. In context of Wa-Pila, there are some external
factor with their influence on management style and structure will be determined as under:
Customer: It is a main external factor within a hospitality industry which play vital role in
increasing sales and market share of an organisation. Wa-Pila has good relationship with
its customers which will further help them in easily adoption of any kind of management
style. Therefore, it will also assist to adopt flat structure. In this structure each employee
has their rights to communicate their view and opinion towards business services,
products and process also. Thus, effective relation with customer help an organisation to
accomplish competitive benefits within given time duration.
Globalisation: It is also considering one of the main and external factor within service
industry. For example: If business decide to globalise their business functions and
operation at international market, they need to do previous study about government's rules
and regulation. Globalisation is a main factor that influence on management style and
structure. Along with this, proper study about political, environmental, legal, economic,
social and technological factor will help to support Wa-Pila to adopt any kind of
management structure and not change their management style in any condition.
Therefore, both internal and external factor externally influence on management
structure and management style. It will also help an organisation to achieve competitive
benefits and accomplish long term goals and objectives in given time duration.
