Introduction
Traditional leadership styles has formed a new direction or
vision for a group and this role is carried out by a leader.
Management control or directs the individuals so that they can
perform as per the desire of organisation. The theories are
implemented with a systematic, contingency and administrative.
The presentation covers different topics and classical
management theories which was used in past and being used in
present and will be used in future.

As classical theory is branch of management theory which
assumes that workers only have economic & physical
requirement.
Behavioural theory: This theory is emphasis to determine the
behaviour of employees in corporation as because workers
comes from different culture and background. With the help of
this behaviour of employees can determine towards the work.
