Different classical
management theories
The methodology which defines that employee within an organisation must
have economical and physical needs and requirement to perform a task in
most profitable manner is known as classical management theory. There
are many classical theory of management, few are discussed below:
Bureaucratic Theory: It just a method in which organization must
perform its business task in explicit consistent way with the goal that ideal
objectives can be achieved. According to this hypothesis every staff
member are dependable to answer to the upper director in any
circumstance.

Organisation cultural
In business world, varieties of culture are considered to be effective and
profitable for business that help and contribute in best and appropriate social
business environment. In the context of Wa-Pila hotel the handy cultural
theory is discussed:
Handy Cultural theory: As per this cultural theory, the culture within an
organisation is needed to be controlled and managed by manager in effective
ways so that staff member can perform allotted work in predefined manner
resulting maximum benefit for company. There are various crucial
