satisfaction or other social needs which help them to grow. This
management theory help the organization in their decision making
process which further helps in maximizing profit margin. This report

Administrative theory: As per this theory, organization have to manage or
organize things in as systematic manner. It includes the clarity regarding task,
division or work & team and hierarchical structure. Currently Wa-Pila Hotel follow
this theory in order to perform all the activities in systematic manner to achieve
business goals & objectives.
Scientific theory: According to Taylor, provide solutions after countering the
problem where workers perform under their capacity. It explain that, how to reduce
the unwanted element from the process. This theory use in the past in order to
reduce those element which is not beneficial for the business operations.

this leadership style in their organization and it has various advantage and
disadvantage. This leadership style used in past scenario where leaders use their
power and make all the decisions it self.
Advantage: This leadership style helps the organization to take quick decision for
