This is situated in London by provides food and staying services to people. Suchreport covers different types of topics such as classical management theory, role of leaders anddifferent leadership stylesin services sector, internal and external factors that influencemanagement styles and structures. In addition, hard and soft skills, changes in managementsystem and leadership involved in such reports that will help to understand how an organizationcan acheive business goals. Task 1P1 Classical management theories which is apply on services industryA theory which is based on thopughts and beliefs that t employees only have physical andeconomic needs is known as classical management theory.
