INTRODUCTION
The below presentation is based on the comparison of Hazev, Haz and Tas with Wahaca. It
concluded that In what ways Wahaca use digital technology in order to achieve the effective operation
and achieve the target. It also explore in what ways digital technology helps these organizations to
achieve their set goals and objectives.

COMPARISON
The restaurant chain Hazev, Haz and Tas facees strong with one of its biggest competitors in
London named as Wahaca. Wahaca. Which is is having 27 branches across London and it serves the
best Mexican style street food and services to the customers in London. In order to maintain the
smooth operation Wahaca use digital technology in different ways as compared to Hazev, Haz and
Tas.

The organization have the effective management which use the customer management system that
help the organization to analyses the need, wan and taste of the customers and help it to deal with the
changing behavior of the customers and provide best quality food and services to them in order to make
them satisfy.

The Search Engine Optimization or SEO is used by the organization on social media and on its
websites to attract more consumers, that help to deal with the changing environment of the competitive
market.
The Point of Sales or POS is to be used by the Wahaca in order to manage all the transaction of the
organization. This POI help to organization mange and evaluate all the transaction, that help the Wahca to
set their pricing strategy of their food items and services and gain the profit share in market. These all
efforts done by the management of the organization with the help of digital technology helps the
management to deal with change effectively and manage change.
