business operations and functions. At last, It will compare between the style leadership and
management while determine that which is the most suitable for business.

Infusionsoft Limited is the medium size organization which operates the sales and
marketing software to provide the services (Bastas and Liyanage, 2018). The organization has
followed the specific functions areas to operate the overall operations in the global marketplace.
Functional areas are the terms of employee who have the similar expertise and skills For
Example- Organization's sale department is the most common functional area and staff in the
area. It would be focused on the selling the products in global marketplace. There are some
