Introduction
The leadership style have many types of characteristics. The report intends to analyze the
styles of leadership and the different characteristics that are attached to it. They are analyzed in
order to make progress in the future. The skills of leadership is required in all the sectors. For this
purpose one needs to know the different styles of leadership. This assignment is planned to
develop the skills of leadership. Each assessment will relate to the past expereince which is
related to the leadership style.

Related to Assessment: ______ Ready to be a leader? ______
This question is related to the role played by me while I worked in a team. The question
acts as an evaluation of my quality as a leader. I secured 74 out of 100. This reflected that taking
the role of leadership was appropriate for me. It favored towards the higher side. I was able to
show the leadership skills and was able to motivate to the team members. I had a good way of
motivating my team members and to uplift their spirit that helped them to do their work. The
weakness of my leadership was I turned out to be emotional and this was the negative point I had.
A leader always had to be strong and they had to take a strong decision. Therefore in order to
control my team in the future I need lay my focus on the leadership style and try to eradicate the
flaws that lies in me.

This question is related to the way in which I will get the result. A leaders should be able
to believe in the results or the way to manage the external lucus. The external lucus is the fate.
However this does not mean that everything will depend on the lucus. Depending completely on
fate indicates the fact that a person is weak from within. This is not a desirable thing for a leader.
A leader should have a willingness to change. It is believed that even the fate favors those who
has the will power to change things. Therefore focusing on an individual is extremely necessary
to have the self-confidence. Depending on the fate to change might make a person weak from
within. In case of that a person will lose away everything that he planned to change. This might
end up in losing everything that an individual planned to manage. Self-confidence is the most
desired form that every leaders should have (levin 1939). They should have self-control and they

should be have the courage of facing all the situations and solve the issues that can arise from any
situation. They should not sit depending on their fate for resolving the issues of the situation.

It is important for a leader to have the patience during solving the issues that can be raised
during any crisis. The leader must have the strength to lead his team in order to achieve success
and mission of the organization. From the early experiences it has been observed that it is
important to focus not only on the goals but also on the analysis. This is lacked by many leaders
and this turns out to be their weakness. The ignorance of the analysis can cause a weakness of the
leaders. This will have an effect in the future. While applying the leadership theory the theory of
change can be taken into account. According to this theory it is extremely good to be tolerant or
ambiguous but it is also important to concentrate on the analysis. It is not possible to manage the
team without sufficient information. In order to manage the team a sufficient information is

required. This is the reason apart from the tolerance and the ambiguity the power of analysis is
extremely important.

The leader needs to have be assertive in all the situations. He needs to have a decision of
his own and he needs to stop getting carried away by the team members. The leaders must be able
to take their decisions without taking help from others. The leaders commit the mistake of
following others and they always think that they will not be able to take any kind of decisions.
This have a direct effect in the organization. The others will be able to manipulate the thinking of
the leaders. This will intend towards the changing of the organization. The theory of
understanding leadership should be implanted in this case. This theory states that the style of the
