ABSTRACT
This paper reports on how management and leadership are combined for
success of nursing practice in any organization. This theory can be
practically be applied in the real life situations.
Research uses a wide range of definitions and bases its arguments on
different writers and how they defined some of the key words needed in this
topic. As per the research conducted in this paper, we find that leadership
and management goes hand in hand for a nursing practice to succeed in its
operations.
The paper outlines how nursing incorporates both the leadership and
management for the well-being of its operations. (Kelly P, 2012) suggests
how leaders set goals to be followed by the mangers when conducting their
activities to ensure attainment of their set objective. In this paper were
