INTRODUCTION Leadership can be define as a process in which one person influence the group of people to achieve certain task or objectives.The leader helps his followers to achieve their objectives. Leaders in the company motivates the employees to work more productively and effectively. Leaders are engage in making them achieve their career goals. It helps the individuals in growing and setting their career path.Bangkok bank is among the largest commercial banks in Thailand. Bangkok bank branch network includes more than 1165 branches in Thailand . The bank is also having around 32 branches in 15 countries which includes fully owed subsidiaries in China and Malaysiamoreover the bank is also having branches in New York and London which is for complementing their network of South-east Asia. This study is based on the leadership and management theories, the strategic leadership linking with management in the Bangkok banks and the contribution of performance techniques in organisational processes. This report will also explain how leadership and management styles should be change to meet the need of various situations. Furthermore the report will discuss about the skills of managers and leaders to improve the performance of Bangkok bank. Lastly the report will discuss about impact that theories of leadership and management on decision making of the firm and the report will highlight the famous leader of Bangkok bank. TASK 1 Strategic leadership and the links to management in Bangkok bank Strategic leaderships have a direct link to the management of the company because the the leader of the company decisions the strategies and the policies of the company and the work of management teams is to make sure that every employees aware and are working within the regulations and policies of the company. If the leaders of Bangkok bank is introduce a new policy in the structure of the organisation or in anything then it is the job of management that the employees are well aware about the new policies or structure applied in the bank as well as the employees are provided proper training regarding the change in the Bangkok bank. The decision and the policies have direct connection with the performance of management(Hallinger and et.al., 2015).
