Report will analysis by the different roles of management and leadership which willsupported by the theories and approaches and its strength and weakness. Study will introducedby the key operations of the organisation and its detailed explantation by roles of leaders andmanagers. Management structure of Unilever Unilever's corporate structure is responsible for ensuring the support for the productdevelopment and innovation in the firm at global business. The companies organisationalstructure and corporate structure is design that defines arrangements and system for build variousorganisational component (Bolden, 2016).
