INTRODUCTIONThe management is the crucial aspect which is need to be developed effectively. I want todevelop this both things so that I can able to lead each thing in expertise manner. In 13/10/13 Ihave started MBA in Hospitality service. After, competition I have started to do MSCManagement from the BPP university. Currently I am doing DBA from West Scotlanduniversity. The culture of here is totally different there are differed kinds of the costumes abouteach thing. It is difficult to live without family here. With the help of grooming my knowledge inthis particular course I am able to cope up with things in better manner. The present report isinclusive of various kind of the model with the help of which I can able to describe my wholestory. In addition to this it is inclusive of various kind of the details such are as Gibbs models,Maslow's hierarchy needs, SWOT matrix and Johns model of reflection. With the help of this Iam able to define the self experience of the places and changes I am seeing in order to gain theknowledge so that my management and leadership process can be effective. 1. Description on the critical reflection on the prior learning. The leading and professional development is very helpful in order to conduct theeffective learning of each thing in the well and professional manner. Reflective- In order to conduct the each thing in the effective manner it is veryessential to draw the things effective so that firm is able to run the each activity in the leadingand professional manner. When, I was doing MBA in hospitality I have learned many thingsabout enhancing the knowledge in the field of management. With the help of this I am able todevelop my self confidence and I start to manage the all things effectively. After completion ofmy MBA I want to develop my leadership skill so that I can better lead everything. This twoaspects will be helpful for me to have the future growth in effective manner. At the time ofstudying from the Scotland university my focus was on having good knowledge in relation toboth leadership and managing efficiency. In this manner the effective leading practices van beidentified which will help to organist each activity in the efficient way. In relation to take the anyactivity in order to develop the personal development of the person it is very important to havethe various kind of the skill so that person is able to manage the all thing in the effective manner.At the initial level I have identified that I am not good in making well communication with theperson this is infringing my overall effectiveness and this is need to be developed in relation tobring efficiency in the good manner. In order to make the interaction it is very important todevelop the good communication level. The leader is the responsible person and in this mannerthe is need to understater the role and responsibility so that he is able to perform in good manner.With the help of the interaction In this the each activity can be dine effectively with the help ofthe Gibbs model in this there are the following things are included such are as-The Gibbs reflective model is one of the effective way in relation to cover the all the thingswhich will useful to demonstrate the effective learning among the person. This model isinclusive of the 6 stages which are as- 1.Description- The all the member need to aware of the skill which they can use at the timeof adopting the new skill which will helpful to them in order to conduct the good thing.After the completion of my graduation I was seeking for job but in that moment haveresiled that I am not at all good in managing the each thing in the specific manner. So Iswitched to MBA so that I can able or groom my self in the perfectly manner. Thecommunication was the major drawback for me initially I was so introvert person so Ihesitate to interact with people. After completion of MBA I have realized that mycommunication skill get improved and in this way I am able to boost up my knowledge. Iwas not rejected from various kind of jobs just due to this imperfection of mine. This2
