That is because of the freedom, at times of failure it becomes difficult to held anyone liable as no one is responsible for the failure. Authentic leadership: It can be evaluated that here are several challenges that are faced by the authentic leaders of the organisation Laissez faire: That is one of the biggest challenge in this type of leadership is that it reduces the cohesiveness of the employees of the organisation that is this leadership is often viewed as the style which is used by leaders who are uninterested are withdrawn from their perspective and the organisational goal. Autocratic leadership That is one of the major issue is that it does not offer a sense of professional ownership which in turn results in sinking the morale of the employees. INTRODUCTION Authentic leadership refers to type of management style which is used by leaders to build strong relationships. This leadership style helps in determining which practice should be applied at the workplace. Transformational leadership: As pert this leadership the focus would be lied towards the inspiration and motivation of the followers. This means that the leader would always inspire and motivate its followers that would lead them to enhance their contribution towards the work. RECOMMENDATIONS There are some recommendations which can be applied by an organisation so that goals and objectives can be accomplished. Managers should divide groups as per age group so that leadership style can be applied properly and it helps in achieving goals and objectives. For middle age group, autocratic leadership style should be applied because people are not listening to what others are saying and not focusing on achieving targets. Authentic leadership should be applied to young generation people so that better ideas can be implemented and it helps in achieving targets. Managers should make plans after analysing market situation so that goals and objectives can be achieved. CONCLUSION From the above discussion it can be concluded that, leadership style plays a crucial role in achieving goal and objectives of organisation. Different types of leadership style such as, autocratic, democratic, authentic, transformational and laissez faire leadership has been described. Further, concept of authentic leadership has been discussed. Different leadership style is applied in organisation for different age groups has been discussed. There are some contemporary issues which is faced by members in an organisation has been discussed.
