director and managing director of Telstra limited. Holgate worked as a chief executive officer

healthy relationship between the workforces while performing the task. This further lead to
hyper growth of the organisation that reflect the share price (Sacavém, Martinez, Cunha,
Abreu, and Johnson, 2017). On the other hand, reviewing leadership, path goal theory is the
theory, which she ardently follow. The most challenging behaviour of the Holgate suggests
that she is an autocratic front-runner as she is not at all frightened of making wrong decisions.
The business leader is often successful in executing her leadership trait as leadership aptitude
of a business leader has intense impact on the financial strategies, which are made
strategically (Benn, Edwards, and Williams, 2014).

Due to the dynamic business environment, a leader plays a crucial role in the achievement of
