This research proposal aims to evaluate the role of leadership in successful crisis management in Hilton. The study will investigate the relationship between leadership and successful crisis management and recommend better strategies of leadership for effective crisis management in Hilton. The research will cover the concept of successful crisis management, best practices of leadership in the hospitality industry, and the relationship between leadership and successful crisis management. The study will be conducted using a qualitative research approach and will involve the collection of primary data through interviews and questionnaires. The study will focus on employees of Hilton in the United Kingdom.
