This critical analysis focuses on the role of leadership and its power over the subordinates. It describes how a leader can convince the workers and motivate them to work. The study has shown few research but the researches are expected to be a non-random research giving biased answers. The authors have critically analyzed the requirements and need for the issue yet there are few gaps that have to be filled by them to be further assured to their views. The authors themselves claim it to be an unsure result as they also have a doubt if the answers are influenced or not. The orientation was adopted after the data collection and not before.
