2LEADERSHIP My personality type is that of a thinker. However I also find some of the traits of a relater in me but most of the time I find myself to be a thinker. This is because I am often introverted and I do not like opening up with people much. I like to follow the same routine and the same values that I have been following all these days and I do not appreciate any change in that. I believe in having an analytical approach and observing things in an orderly and serious manner. I usually avoid much closeness or eye contact with people. I try to maintain a distance and then carry the process of proper follow up. However at times I also like smiling with people and interacting with them. I try to avoid any kinds of fights around me. I want to do things in a proper way but I often fail due to the lack of proper decision making abilities. I am the thinking thinker as I am a very private person and I do not really like opening up with people. I keep myself guarded. However with the proper resources I want to become a socializing thinker or the assessor. This will help me to speak out and open up with people. I will be able to interact and also form strong decisions and opinions. This will surely be helpful for me in the long run.
