exploratory in nature and helps in gaining a sound
understanding of the underlying opinions, motivations and
reasons behind a phenomenon (McAlearney, 2006)
• Data collection method- 35 semi-structured interviews

• Expert interviews combined with organizational case studies,
thus resulting in 160 interviews (September-December 2003).
