Leader of an organisation is an individual who influences
his followers to work effectively for the achievement of the
specific goal (Harvard Business Review , 2019).
Leadership is the leader, who has the abilities to influence,
guide and helps the employees of the organisation working
under him (Techtarget, 2019).
In this Report, there is a detailed explanation of the
leadership along with the managerial duties performed by
the MD in the Case Study, “A meeting of the minds?”.

Counting vs. Creating idea
In the case study, the leader is facing the problem that
he was not able to convey his idea of meeting to the
managers in a proper way as the agenda for the
meeting is not been fulfilled is an appropriate manner
and the meeting ends with the unnecessary discussion.
Effective Communication vs. Coordination
In the case study, the leader is facing the problem in
both the aspects as he has organised the meeting to
establish effective communication and coordination in
between both the companies of Italy and Lithuania.
However, he was not able to establish these aspects
fully.
