Introduction
Leadership refers to the quality of a person to guide, lead, motivate and inspire the
individuals to perform their assigned duties effectively. Basically, it is the accomplishments of
goals by receiving directions from human beings. Here, leader is likely to provide meaningful
guidance to the employees so that they can deliver expected results. In this, leader is the most
important person who provides guidance, direction and constant motivation to the employees.
Additionally, leadership plays an important role in attainment of pre-defined goals of the
company (Cheong and et. al., 2019). The present study is based on effectiveness of leadership
within Australia. In the present scenario, effective leaders are really important as they play a
crucial role in creating confidence among the employees. In addition to this, effective leadership

In leadership effectiveness is really important to convert the set goals into reality. It helps
in attainment of business goals and objectives in profound manner. In this context, leaders also
play a crucial role in terms of providing appropriate direction, guidance and motivation to the
individuals. To run a company successfully, there is requirement to have willingness among
