This research project aims to investigate the role of leadership in employee talent management and retention process, with a case study of Barker and Stonehouse. The study will explore the concept of talent management and employee retention, examine the impact of leadership on talent management process, and develop strategies of talent management to manage talent in Barker and Stonehouse. The research methodology includes qualitative research approach, positivism research philosophy, primary and secondary data collection, thematic data analysis, and non-random sampling. Ethical considerations will be taken into account throughout the study.
