 The ability of an organisation for guiding individuals, entire
organisations for vision development.
 This process helps a person to help in influencing others and gain
control over other individuals (Yukl, 2013).
 This process helps in accomplishment of objectives of
organisations or individuals (Tannenbaum & Schmidt, 2017).

Factors of Leadership

Four Factors of Leadership
There are four primary factors of leadership, which would be helpful
for the development of efficient leaders. These factors include:
 Leader – This factor would be able to convince the followers and
not superiors (Wang et al., 2014).
 Follower – The follower should know the people. The follower
should be a good human being and should understand others.
