This report discusses the case study of Kim and the poor leadership behavior displayed by the registrar and NUM in a healthcare organization. It analyzes the situation using the Gibbs Reflective Cycle and explores the author's own leadership style. Recommendations for improving leadership and resolving the issues are also provided.
