A good leadership needs initiation. We just need to be self confident in our selves and implement or initiate the idea of what we need to do in order to give the best strategy to get the team going and focused. Even a team can become a leader with confidence in himself that his idea could help the team. A leader should only be thinking about leading the team and should not care about the power in the team.
