This research paper aims to assess and evaluate the impact of leadership in developing the performance of employees in Australian organizations. The objectives include determining the impact of leadership on employee motivation and retention, examining the importance of transformational and transactional leadership styles, and developing effective strategies for incorporating effective leadership styles. The methodology includes primary and secondary data collection through literature review and interviews. The data will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel and presented in the form of bar charts. The expected outcome is the development of effective strategies to enhance the performance of employees in Australia.
