In current time there are different tools and technologies are used by the leaders to
improve their leadership skills in order to improve their impact and influence on the business
operations and employees. Various technologies like digital technology are used by the leaders to
effectively lead the organization without any major failures. Contribution of digital technology is
huge in leading the organization effectively. Digital leadership is mainly considered as
contribution of a leader in transition related to knowledge society and technological knowledge.
A leader have to deal with different challenges that are need to be implemented as per new and
innovative digital Technology. in organization in order to keep company performing effectively
in business organization. There are different practices are performed by leader in organization
that are related to the digital technology. In Digital age leaders are more concerned about team
working and for this process they are using innovations and creativity in their work to gain
effective performance in the target market. For example Leaders like Mark Zuckerberg and Elon
Musk are two most famous leaders who are leading their organization with effective
implementation of Digital Technology in organization.
INTRODUCTION
Leadership can be considered as action of leading and directing group of or an organization. In
other words leadership can be explained as research area and practical sill encompassing the
capability of individual person to lead and guides other individuals, teams or an complete
organization. In current time there are different technologies are used by the organization to
improve the performance of leader in order to provide better direction and guidance to the people
of company (Lejeune, Beausaert and Raemdonck, 2018).
This report is explaining the importance of digital technology for leadership of an
organization. Different models and theories of leadership will be used in the report to develop
understanding about decision making process of a leader in an organization. Specific framework
will be used in the report for the self analysis process that can be used by individual person to
evaluate personal skills that are required for the leader of company. The relation between digital
technical leadership and enhanced performance of organization. The examples of leadership

business model within telecomuncation industry (Press.Sheninger, 2019). Every firms needs
leaders that can make the decsions as well as also embrqace the digtal opportunites .The firm
uses digtial leadership assests such as email,websites, educational videos to acheove the
objectives of business. By using the digtakl leadership the firms can cultivate a digital cfultre tha
able the emlpoyees to get the best out of their tools. With the help of the digital leadership it
explains the staff members can interact woth the customers and dat to record as well as digita
cultre also includes the training of the employees that ehance the profitability. The use digital
tools within the workplace is to increase the producitvity of the employees as digital leadership
assures the employees to reduce the task without wasting time within past. By the help of the
digital platform there are various opportunties to meet the prospects and communicate with
them. Suh as by the help of the social media, the staff members have to acess to more leads
regarding the opportunity for more consumers (Press.Sheninger, 2019).
Customers: Driver of Digital Transformation
All the activities that are performed in the business organizationare based on the
providing better services to the customers. So, the customer are the main driver of the digital
transformation with in an organization. The digital transformation that are performed in the
organiztion are focused on customers. The main target of digital transformation is to provide best
services to customer in order to provide them higher satisfaction in the purchasing process.
Online seling of products are also consdier as vital for most of the business such as tools like
customer realtionship management software ,staff members can track the past purchease of the
customer as well as able to perosnalise the offers that can be provided to the customers in future
as per theri interest.
