Analysis of the project success aspects According to the case study, it could be understood that one of the major aspect for overcoming the financial and operational issues faced by Webasto Roof systems had been the useofSustainableAmericasTurnaroundorSATURN.Itenabledtransparencywiththe customers and allowed the organization to develop good relationships with them to know their needs and preferences. The leadership skills were furthered facilitated with the McKinsey conducting asurveyto obtainashared vision anddevelop strategiesby improvingthe organizational structure too. The company achieved heights of success because of the major leadership skills that were possessed by the managers of the organization (Pruzan et al., 2017). The leaders made good decisions by considering the views and opinions of the employees by inviting them to become a part of the decision making as well. This kept them motivated and encouraged to perform better and improve the organizational effectiveness too.

All these had been achieved through proper maintenance of organizational values and beliefs that were promoted by the leader too (Selcer, Goodman & Decker, 2012). Lewin’s 3 stage model The Lewin’s 3 stage model consisted of unfreezing, changing and refreezing stages. The unfreezing stage allowed the leaders to promote effective communication and make employees informed about the changes made within the organization such as implementation of corporate programs. The changing stage helped them to learn new behaviors, values and derive good understanding to think creatively with the unprecedented support by the leader. This had kept them motivated and made the accept the changes by performing to their potential (webasto.com, 2017). The refreezing stage enabled to implement changes wisely and ensure that the changes were managed consistently. The rewards and acknowledgement for better performances were provided to the workers of Webasto Roof Systems to keep them motivated to perform better and ensure continuous change and improvements all throughout. Trust between leaders and employees is essential and the leaders of Webasto had trusted its employees and rather than scolding or criticizing them for their bad performances, they were allowed to rectify.
