MAIN BODY
Development vision: I want to be a leader who is keenly engaged in motivating and
enhancing efficiency of employees. I also want to foster
creativity and motivate my team members to come up with most
innovative and creative ideas. As a Leader I also want to be
involved in completing the work on time so that organization can
increase their productivity (Antonakis and Day, 2017).
Core personal Values As a leader I will be honest and transparent in my working. I will
not hide any facts related to project or organization with them. I
will also be engage in continuous learning so that it can support
me in enhancing my personal and professional skills.
Leadership strength Communicating and discussing openly about the problems with
my team mates and peer can act as my strength as by this I am
able to analyse needs and demands of people working with me.
Also I am an authentic leader who is able to build up honest
relationship with people. I will also promote openness. I am also
confident about the decisions which have been taken by me.
Being Strategic thinker is also one of my strength (Robertson,
2016).
Leadership Weakness As a leader I have also analysed some weakness like I lack
emotional intelligence. I do not have the capability to understand
the emotions of other people. Also I have analysed that as a
leader I do not have the clarity of the impact of my decision over
others.
