Change management can be described as a systematic approach that deals with both the transformation and the transition of an organization’s technologies, processes, and goals. The main purpose of change management is to execute the strategies for the purpose of helping people to adapt to the change and controlling the change. Companies that take up change management faces a lot of challenges. A thorough understanding of the company culture is essential.
