LEADERSHIP IN NURSING
Leadership is a key skill for nurses in
order to provide the best patient-
cantered care.
In Private Hospital ward, leaderships
traits are required to provide high
quality of care and bring faster growth
(Gnambs 2019).
This will improve patient satisfaction,
promote the collaborative practice and
reduce the global burden of disease.

Leadership theories
One of the best leadership styles that can
be implemented in the nursing graduates is
transformational leadership style
The transformational leadership follows two
specific leadership such as Situational
Theory and Behavioural Theory.
These two theories mostly influence
transformational leadership since leaders
inspire encourage and motivate workers to
create change that will help to grow
(Carleton, Barling and Trivisonno 2018).
