Considering the fact that leadership has the potential to encourage

skills in nurse, they are required to follow procedures and
adhere to policies, develop Professionalism,
communications, emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
One of the best leadership styles that can be implemented in the
nursing graduates is transformational leadership style
The transformational leadership follows two specific leadership such as
Situational Theory and Behavioural Theory.
These two theories mostly influence transformational leadership since
leaders encourage, inspire as well as motivate workers to innovate as
well as create change that will help grow and shape the future success
