The issues of the company are that they have not updated their system in a proper
manner that will help in dealing with the customers in an efficient way. The lounge area for
the customers have been renovated in the recent times but it does not benefit the customers in
efficiently solving the issues that are related to their cars. Another major issue within the
company is the factor of hygiene and cleanliness is not being maintained and the delivery of
the service is often being delayed to the customers due to the attitudes among the staffs
(Herrmann & Felfe, 2014). The company had a faulty leadership technique that has led to the
misusing of the behaviour within the work floor. The lack of string leadership within the
company has led to the increase in the level of theft among the employees who have to
deliver the services to the customers in the best possible manner (Williams, 2013).
Bill needs to take the decisions effectively so that it can help in providing solutions to
the issues that were being faced by the employees. The first thing is that he needs to arrange a
meeting with the employees so that a consensus can be reached regarding the main problems.
Afterwards, the majority of the votes towards the problem needs to be assessed so that viable
solutions can be provided so that the problem can be mitigated within the organization
(RodriGues, MartiNez & Herrera, 2013). The problems that are present in the organization
needs to be analysed through the facts that are present so that it can help in understanding the
core reason of the problem. This will allow Bill in getting a proper view of the problems that
are present within the organization. The last part of the model is that the solution needs to be
communicated in an effective manner with the employees so that it can help in mitigating the
problem efficiently (Williams, 2013).
The services of the company needs to be provided in a defect free manner so that the
customers can be attracted towards the organization. It can be done by understanding the
level of problem that the customers have with respect to their cars so that proper solutions can
be identified. This will help in providing the services in an efficient way. The employees

need to be given formal training so that they can be efficient in handling the issues that are
being faced by the customers. This will help in explaining the customers regarding the
problems that their products are facing so that proper steps can be taken up to repair it. The
cost reduction technique needs to be applied by assigning the employees who have the
knowledge or skill that will help in solving the problem at a faster rate for the customers
(Saaty & Peniwati, 2013).
The organization needs to manage a proper spreadsheet for the complaints that are
received by the customers so that it can help them in statistically representing it with the help
of graphs and numerical values. This will help the company in understanding the problems
that are being faced by the customers so that required actions can be taken up. It will also
result in reducing the wait times of the customers when they come to the shop after 12 pm or
without prior appointment. This is due to the fact that the maintenance of proper
documentation method will result in increasing the level of efficiency within the
organization. The raw materials that are being used in the company will also be accounted in
the spreadsheet so that it can minimize the level of theft that is present among the employees,
as the use of the resources needs to be mentioned in the documents (Mishra & Kumar
Sharma, 2014).
The SIPOC model will help the company in identifying the elements that are relevant
to the process of improvement before the work will be started. It will help the company in
mapping the products that are needed for its improvements so that the process of services can
be provided at a smoother way. It will also help the company in identifying the inputs that are
being used for delivering the services to the customers as well as the outputs that are being
received by the company through the process. These inputs will help the company to function
in a proper manner so that the requirements of the customers can be met accordingly. It will

also help the company in lowering its cost of delivering the services in a significant manner
(Johannsen & Fill, 2016).
