Manager’s Email Address.
Respected Mr./Ms./Mrs. (Manager’s Name),
This is to inform you that as an employee of this organization, it is my prime and only goal to
work with my full abilities, as the growth of the organization is directly associated with my
personal growth too. For this, the environment of the office needs to be appropriate, so as to
encourage us to utilize my skills to the fullest.
But in recent times, there has been too much noise, with so many people working together in
small cubicles. The noise in the office is inevitable and this is hampering my performance each
and every day. I am not able to concentrate on my work and thus, not able to offer my best to the
organization.
Therefore, so as to resolve this issue, I would like to suggest soundproofing the cubicles, by
extending the wall upwards of the cubicles. With the walls higher, the noise will be reduced
massively. This can be easily done with cubicle walls extenders. In addition to this,
soundproofing can also be done by using soundproof foams or fabrics that can be easily fixed on
the walls of the cubicles (Calisi & Stout, 2015).
Another way that can also be helpful is by adding a door in all the cubicles. This will help in
blocking the entrance of the noise into the cubicles. Also, every employee will get much-needed
privacy in the office (Knight, 2018).
Sir, kindly, look into the matter as it has started affecting my performance and if the conditions
prevail it will impact my personal health too.
Sincerely,
(Your Name)
