Moreover, leadership also described as individual’s capability for influencing, encouraging and enabling other to contribute towards the success of firm. Additionally, with effective leadership, it may develop a vision and may inspire people to form it a reality(Barr and Dowding, 2019). While one other side, management is incorporates of controlling a group or set of firms for attaining an objectives. It is vital as this assures optimal usages of resources and they encourage people for putting its best performance. The main aim of this report is to describe the key issues of leadership and management as well as reflection on leadership. This can be accomplished through considering some of the points that are what is involved in being a successful leader, a good leadership is developed, difference among management and leadership. Apart from this, learning about leadership from my own experiences is also highlighted in this report. MAIN BODY What is involved in being a successful leader? Successful leaders are considering being an influencer who may encourages, inspiring as well as obtaining effective out of its individuals. Moreover, they are power and intellect behind its firm and are visionaries charged with steering its brand around. So, in being successful leaders various things is involved that are concentration, motivation and others. Among various motivations is one of the essential aspects that is effectively involved in being successful leaders. Ingeneralmotivationdrivestowardsnearlyactionsofanyonelives(Bush,Belland Middlewood, 2019). Additionally, motivation is undertaken to be an incredibly powerful forces into individual’s life as well as is also a part of human nature. As each and every individual needs a“why” in their life to push towards in doing any work. Like so the motivation in leader’s life may at times to be incredibly challenging, their advantages may mean the differences among an exceptional team as well as floundering one. At initial level, successful leaders motivates enables a group to attain their objectives. In case anyone is not motivated to do the task, thereafter nothing is going to be done. This does not obtain more plain and simple than that. Furthermore, depending upon person’s personality as well as past experiences, leaders get motivated for leading for variety of reasons.
