This project can be summarised as the organisation compares and analysis the Management and
Leadership this can be clearly seen that Managers work according to the goal and objectives they
want to achieve with the employee's who performs task on the recent project of the company.
The leadership can be defined as this process has long vision and leaders are with special skills
and special power to perform any task and they guide their followers with exceptional style and
charisma. There are three form of Key Performance Metrics which influences the performance of
the company in a wide manner. And this project also show the impact of leadership on the
organisation and management performance which affects the working of the firm. The company
can perform standards comparison through performing benchmarking and its continuous process.

INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the process and ability of a person or group which influences and guide the
members or followers of the company. Leadership is all around making difficult decisions,
making sound, providing followers with knowledge, creating and evaluating a clear vision,
establishing goals and important tools to achieve companies goals and objectives. Leaders are
mostly required in many aspects like business, politics and society to community-based
enterprise. An effective leader should follow these characteristics that is strong communication,
self-confidence, management skills and innovative and creative thinking, the person who is
willing to take chance, risk and has openness to change with leader mind and in time of crisis the
person will react quickly (Zhou and Black, 2018). Mark and Spencer is the company which deal
in clothing, food and beverages and has many stores around the globe. It was founded by
Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer from Leeds in the year of 1884. It has headquarters in
England, London and area of Paddington. It has stores more than 959 in UK which also includes
stores of food and beverages. This company also offers online purchase and food delivery
services in join venture with Ocado. This project stated that analysing and comparison of
Management and Leadership which shows that leadership is more about being charismatic and
managers are more formal, the three metric tell about the performance of the company with the
help of plan and procedure and how organisation is leaded by the companies leader and how
managers manages the companies performance.
