Motivational theories includes content theories ( Ma slow needs theory, herzberg's
motivation theory, mcclelland'S needs theory, and Alderfer's ERG theory).
The process theories (Vroom expectancy theory, Adam equity theory, goal setting
theory, reinforcement theory).
.Maslow' s hierarchy needs theory is the part of the content theory outlines to study the
persons behaviour in which the physiological, safety, belonging, love, esteem and self
actualisation.
