This research explores the importance and implications of leadership and management in nonprofit organizations, specifically in the context of hiring volunteers. The case study focuses on Mother's Choice, a local charity organization that serves orphaned children, single moms, and pregnant teenagers. The research aims to analyze the concept of leadership and management, identify the implications within the organization, and determine strategies to overcome challenges. The research methodology includes interpretivism philosophy, qualitative research method, in-depth interviews, and grounded theory. The major limitation is the organization's confidentiality concerns.
