Further, there is developmental activities of leadership and management as member of team. Main Body Assessing leadership and management Capabilities by using range of theoretical model. ï‚·Behavioural Theory of Leadership- It states that leaders are created rather than born. The acts and behaviour of leaders, rather than their attributes or traits, are the focus of this idea. Effective leadership is the only result of effective leadership capabilities. The style theory is another name for this leadership paradigm. The behaviour of leaders has been studied and then classified according to this notion. Task-orientedleaders,people-orientedleaders,countryclubleaders,status-quo leaders, directorial leaders, and others are examples of leadership styles. Leadership success is determined by one's actual behaviour and actions. ï‚·Human Relations Theory ofManagement- Elton Mayo proposed the Human Relations Theory of Management, which focuses on modifying workplace conditions such as lighting, length of work day, break time, and so on. Every change in the organisation leads to an increase in performance. The clear established communication channels help managers in collaborating with team, preventing conflicts etc. ï‚·Leadership skills-The managers are inspirational and effective leader as goof leaders seek input form the stakeholders and their contribution of other team member is recognised. Personal SWOT analysis StrengthWeakness Communication skill- I have the ability to communicate well, which is necessary in order to communicate effectively with people. Better communication skills will aidmypersonalandprofessional development in a beneficial way. It also aidsinthedevelopmentofstronger interpersonal relationships, which can be beneficial in the workplace. Time management- I have a strong time management skill set that allows me to complete tasks on time and achieve my objectives more quickly.
