• Manager is the most essential individual in an
organization as he/she is responsible for getting
things done from its subordinates. They operate
on behalf of owner in the organization. (Gold,
Thorpe and Mumford, 2010)

Theory of Leadership
• Transformational leadership- It is a theory of
leadership which states that a leader should work
to inspire values and ethics to influence the
company’s supporters. In the application of this
theory, a leader is functioning as a teacher who
develop and educate the followers the art, which
is required in the company (Leonard, 2018).

Application of
Leadership Theory
• Individualized consideration- An implication to the
transformational leadership in which the leader
takes the form of an educator or teacher, in
return the followers of the leader are developed
and educated in the craft or art needed by the
company (Vega, 2015).

Management
• Equity Theory- The equity theory not just consider
individual employee but it also involves the
aspect that motivate that individual by doing a
comparison (Zeiger, 2018).

Application of
Management Theory
• When a person associates her or his input and
output ratio with the worker’s input and output
working around them, the person is supporting
the equity theory. The contrast of the ratio of
input and output works as a reference point for
the person’s motivation, whether that motivation
will increase or decrease (EDUCBA , 2017) .
