There are various kinds of leadership theories and few of them are mentioned below-

style will help to manage all situations of an organisation. The leaders are supposed to be
enough flexible to adopt any leadership style to manage different problems. Sometimes
an leader is supposed to be autocratic and sometimes the same leader need to be
democratic as per the situation requirement. This leadership theory further states that the
leaders did not work for right traits but they also work for to gain the ability to fulfil the
needs and wants of their followers. In context to the organisations like Secure Vision, the

which mainly focuses on the relationship between the leaders and the followers. This
theory mainly focuses to highlight the characteristics of a leader who is inspirational,
charismatic, and encouraging. These type of leaders basically motivates their followers
by their ability of handling the situations effectively. These type of leader are also
encourage their followers to become a good leader and enhance their skills and talents. In
relation to organisation such as Hirewell, transformational leadership theory provides
assistance to the leaders of this company in recognising the gaps, formulating new
business vision as well as challenging objectives and facilitating manpower in embracing
the change with optimism.
Transactional theory- The main concept of this theory is is to consider rewards and
punishments as the basis of any leadership action within an organisation. In context of
chosen organisation, their leaders mainly reward their good performing employees to
encourage them and motivate them for good efforts and sometimes punishments are also
considered as motivational factor for employees. Organisation like Spencer Staurt can
make use of transactional theory of leadership because it will help the company in
creating a sense of fairness on the basis of metrics instead of the opinions or feelings of
the manager. According to such type of leadership theory, all the human resources of the
respective organisation are measured as well as rewarded in the similar way.
Great man theory of leadership- This is one of the earliest leadership theory which
believe that leaders are born not made. This theory suggests that a leader has strong
personality trait of leadership by birth like charm, intellect, communication skill and
many others (Simplilearn, 2022). According to this kind of leadership theory,
