3. Three techniques that can be used to cultivate collaborative relationships and
partnerships
Stay connected
It is not easy for any organization to remain connected with contacts of the business. The
organization needs to schedule lunch in order to meet with the business contacts face to face and
to congratulate them on their promotion on call.
Do not compete
The organization needs to evade competition with the contacts of its business. In order to
establish a good and positive relationship with others, the partner needs to appreciate another
partner for their work and promotion.
Motivate each other
The partner needs to motivate each other and should advise ways towards success without
feeling jealous. The success of the organization totally depends on motivating others which will
establish a positive business partner relationship (Zhang & Cao, 2018).
4. Three data collection methods
Observation method: this is the method in which an individual examines the issues raised in an
organization. It is one of the most common and relevant techniques for collecting data.
Interview: It is a method of data collection that includes an oral questionnaire. The interviewer
interacts with other answerable people in order to know about internal things in the organization
and to know the reactions of others on such questions.
Schedule: It is a tool of data collection in order to investigate the preference of consumers,
attitudes, nature, behavior, habits and other data. It is a direct examination by asking some
questions that have been created by the researcher (Bryman, 2016).
