The main objective of this article is to analyse the best type ofleadership that will be effective in health care systems and know about the challenges ofapplying this leadership(Asrar-ul-Haq, M., and Kuchinke, K. P. (2016)). The second objectiveof this article is to provide a crucial leadership that can effectively help in achieving the goalsand objectives of the health care providers. The scope of this case study will help to know aboutthe best leadership style that can be adopted by managers and leaders for implementing strategieseffectively. This study suggests that the main challenge of leadership style is to improve qualityand lower cost for increasing the value of healthcare. There are some changes that have to beimplemented in health care for improving value in front of people. The value of health providersincrease when they are treated well and not asked for unnecessary tests. The usefulness of thisstudy is that it explains that on the job training for leadership must be provided so that patientsshall feel valued and treated well. A qualitative study states that leadership development isimportant in health care industry. The different kinds of leadership given in this article areadaptive, transactional, transformational and servant leadership. The limitation of this article isthat it only concludes about leadership of a particular health care industry. The conclusion of thisstudy is that leadership depends upon situation and condition.
