The leader must know that he is a role model for his team and his acts should reflect that. He should link the individual goals with the company objective to make a proactive and motivated team (Owens, Wallace & Waldman, 2015). A positive attitude helps in gaining respect from the employees within the organization. If these factors are taken care, then it will not be very difficult to be a leader.
