without delay. In context with Wendy’s they are looking for new stores which requires
customization of menus at different locations which will benefit the organization to assure
maximum success on consumer base. All the deliverables of the detailed outline in this project is
being fulfilled associated with the related activities source timeline and deliverables.
Natural leadership style
In context to the present project it is important to evaluate consumers perception, society
behavioral tend, needs, demands, community practices etc, in order to make customization of
menu. As negligence of this might harm people believe or practices that might cause major loos
for company. In this the natural leadership style that will be undertaken to lead this project is
transformation as with the help of this thinking commitment to active listening, along with
tolerance of intelligent risk and willingness to accept responsibility will embrace to execute the
project. In this leadership style also enable trust in team members and aspire participation in

these has been overcome with the help of proper analysis evaluation of the selected techniques
methods. With the help of taking advantage of appropriate project management mythology such
as a girl and critical change project management model challenges to identify the appropriate
method to execute the project is faced in this with the help of strong critical thinking and data
analysis I overcome this challenge in which appropriate methodology according to the case study
is being selected by me. With the help of taking use of strong critical thinking approach and

decision making ability I have overcome the challenges and further assured accomplishment of
this project in an effective manner, as to make sure that no unnecessary challenges can impact
the efficiency of project adversely.
Discovery Project: Case study on Burger King
Burger King is a well known American-based multinational chain of hamburger and
operating as fast food restaurants. The main headquartered of the Burger King is located in the
Miami-Dade County, Florida and the company was founded in 1953 as Insta-Burger King, a
Jacksonville, Florida–based restaurant chain. After the spread of the Covid-19 many issues and
challenges are being faced by the restaurant industry as sudden lockdown and strict social
distancing norms has made it difficult to have the connection with the customers (Zhang and Lu,
2021). Thus, at that time innovation and creativity is the only option for restaurant industry to
ensure proper working and operations during the times of pandemic. Therefore, the Burger king
has adopted and discovers the better implication and use of the AI that is considered as most

more accurate way of managing data as well as determines the trends prevailing in market thus
supports and bingos higher traffic and sales for Burger King through supporting effective

The risk of the project using predictive project analytics (PPA)
The use of the PPA allows the project leaders to effectively identify and determine the
appropriate level of the controls which are required to bring and supports the complexity of the
project. It has been estimated that the while undertaking the innovation and leading the use of the
AI the key risk identified by the leaders of the Burger king tend to includes and comprises of

ensuring proper training of the employees along with having proper budgeting to ensure the
effective atomization and use of suitable software. But based on the PPA analysis, apart from

comprises of the use of the democratic leadership style as it supports proper involvement and

On the basis of the above project, a conclusion can be made that the innovation is vital and
essential for all business organisation that can be effective and successful with the help of
effective project management and leadership. A comparison of the both project can be made as it
first project the main focus of business is on the location and setting an effective menu while
under the second project the business is focusing on bringing a latest trend and allocation of AI
to support better digitalisation and automation that is reflecting the key characteristics. Further,
within the first project use of the CCPM project methodologies has been made while in the
second project implication of agile project management has been both of which are appropriate
and suitable based on nature of the project. Further, a summarisation can also be made that for
the success and effective execution of the both project needs of a skilled and talented Human
resource requirement was there. Beside this, it has been seen that working of the both project is
being different thus use of different leadership and management style is being made. Within the
first project the use of the transformational leadership has been made to effectively inspire the
workforce towards the attainment of goal. While in the second project, use of democratic
leadership style has been made that supported proper participation and enhanced creativity for
better adoption of AI.
