structure of the company have been properly maintained and a clear connection between the
buyers and the sellers of the company is properly maintained. The main objective of the
company is to train its employees so that they can contribute towards the betterment of the
organisation. These plans of the company will be very much effective in reaching the goals and
missions of the company and excel in the future1.

for taking difficult decision I find it hard to come up with better decisions. But when the time
comes to influence on decision I flourish and my team members have the clear idea of the steps
to be taken to fulfil the decision. I keep a good contact with the associated who are key to the
company and I am also informed time to time about the important changes in the organisation.
Although it takes time for the breaking news to reach me and I use my connections to do the
