mentioned for demonstration of the factors responsible for increased awareness.

Opting the Plan time period
I have decided to opt for 5-year time period for developing leadership skills. I have chosen 5-
year time period as five-year plan is the best time frame for achieving the personal and
professional list of objectives and goals. Plan of 5 year consists of small, concrete objectives for

taking any decision. I am also good at virtual team communication and work well
with the others. Good team leadership skills help me to improve the quality of
decision, acceptance and satisfaction with process as leader and exchange the
knowledge and information(Vandergoot, Sarris, and Kirby, 2019). Emotional
intelligence- It is my greatest strength as I am capable for adapting to the difficult
situations, proactively taking the predictive actions for avoiding problems and take

Self-confidence- I have average self-confidence. Leaders who are successful in their
lives have high self-confidence. They constantly seek challenge and deploy the
creative methods for achieving the goals resulting in higher performance than others.
Leaders having high confidence prefer to communicate directly with the followers
and give feedbacks and motivation on the basis of behaviour and performance. I
find risky for making decisions alone so I need inputs of others individuals.
Consequently, I often consult others for consensus which sometimes takes more time
and impact the quality of my work.

improve it a little more. Visionary leaders are known for having high charisma risk
talking ability and guiding followers in the innovative direction for achieving the
goals. Sometimes conflicts occur due to disagreement between the members of
team while discussing the assignments. Reflecting on self I rarely get involved in the
arguments but many times let them happened. I find myself incapable of coming
out of my comfort zone.

working across all the cultures and disciplines. By its 4 deceptively simple steps, GROW has proved very
successful in all over the globe. It forms the backbone of coaching in many business organizations, universities
because of exceptional outcomes.

With the help of the two leadership researches: Geert Hofstede and the GLOBE research.
I had opted the GLOBE research. As this research indicated the participative leadership style in
which they focus on their group members also. They allowed their member to be a part of
decision making. They opt their member who are studious, having skill and possess knowledge.
In this leadership style the leaders are working outside their comfort zone. They have developed
their own culture based leadership.
As according to my point of view the global leadership helps me as a leader in the
adaption and the flexibility to conduct the business. This research helps me to make my team
strong by involving them in every decision regarding the business. As it is important for me to be
aware about the cultural trends and systems of various nations. For being a successful leadership
the knowledge of global people and events is must. Being a leader it helps me in accomplish the
objectives. After obtaining a single matrix of criss crossed the leadership style I have chosen is
people oriented participative leadership (Badibanga and Ohlson, 2021).
