INTRODUCTION Leadership is the skill to motivate the group of people to achieve the set target goal of the company with efficient manner. Efficient leadership occur when the effective communication with others to engage in the activity to achieve the target goal of company. While the impact of leadership is directly impact of organizational success. This report discuss all the range of leadership style and model which effect the company working and to employees performance. Some models discuss here is Victor V room's expectancy, Adams equity theory. However, it also shows the impact of leadership on the organization culture and impact on diversity management in company. MAIN BODY Leadership Leadership is a quality or skill which is used by an individual to inspire and motivate group of people. The leader is one who is having ability to stimulate others and effective leadership is thought which are fresh as well as borrowed those are transfer to collective peoples. By using an efficient leadership style in organization manager can lead its team to do quality of work. Leader work is to influence group of people regularly its role is continuous till the task is accomplished successfully. Leader should use various theories in its work for better control and leading people. The theory explain how a leader build and how they will work in their organization. The leader of Facebook and Dallas Mavericks are having their particular leadership theories : Adams equity theory: In this theory leader used to give equal opportunities to all the employee. According to this theory the level of benefits that employees under leader receives, which are compared to its contribution are affecting its motivation towards the work. MarkZuckerberg CEO of Facebook is trying to provide an equal opportunities and fairness to its potential employees so that they are more motivated as group. The employee needs that they should get enough benefit as their input. Facebook is a huge company, and they need equal support by their team to achieve its target (Cummings and et.al., 2018). Contingency Theory: According to this leadership style the situation are always different and a particular leadership theory can not be applied in that situation (Fiaz, Su and Saqib, 2017). The internal and external constraints which change the best way to lead the people In that particular
situation.Mark Cuban, CEO of Dallas Mavericks is having this theory to lead employees they identify the leadership style as per situation which is helping the Dallas to achieve its objective. Great man Theory: With the help of this theory leader have the ability to lead internally. As per this theory leaders are born not made, so they are having qualities like communication skill, social skill, intelligence and others. Mark Zuckerberg CEO of Facebook instruct its leader to take this theory while leading the group people in the organization. The leadership should have all the quality which are being required in this theory (Hallinger, 2018). Leadership approaches As the leader work is to inspire and motivate employees to work effectively towards the group goal or organization goal. So with Theory of leadership the there are approaches as well which are used by leaders in their works. Innovative leadership:As the leader have knowledge for entire situation and try to make that situation easy for all the peoples in the organization. The leaders in Dallas Mavericks are efficient in visualizing the upcoming time for the company and having knowledge of what is favourable for the Dallas also gives new ideas in working. Authoritative leadership:leaders of Facebook are dictating all the process and policies regarding the work as well as the goal that has to be achieved. The leader control and regularly direct the employees so that they are focused to end goal (Ruben and Gigliotti, 2017). Servant leadership :This leadership is widely practised by many organizations. The Dallas and Facebook both leaders are using this approach. In this leader uses to put peoples in that work before they think of it, and then they are involved in decision-making for the company. Leadership Styles Autocratic Style: In this style of leadership the leader uses to take less interference of people who are working for achievement of overall goal. They make their own decision and take lesser idea from the team. This style is not holding good impact in modern world as if the leader himself take decision then employee get demotivated and not give their best. It runs on the concept of do which leader says. Dallas Mavericks is using this type of style as their leaders are very talented but yet the employee's working in that company get demotivated with the same (Rudolph, Rauvola, and Zacher, 2018).

Leader reward employees for their hard work which helps in motivating them further to enhance their performance and productivitywhich helps company in enjoying maximum market share. Facebook leader has make the best use of transaction leadership by rewarding and recognizing employee’s that have work hard during previous years so that company can attained its end goals (Arnold, 2017). The benefit which company gained through transaction leadership is that it is able to clearly explained roles and responsibilities which need to be performed by specific individual. Thus, it helps in reducing chance of conflict and confusion thereby more productivity and benefits to organization in longer run. Organizational culture at Facebook Facebook is an American company founded in 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg, a student at HarvardUniversity.Companyoffersonlinesocialnetworkingservicesacrosstheworld. Recently the organization reached more than one billion users. The establishment maintain its competitiveness partially through its organizational culture. As the culture within the system defines the traditions, values and customs that influences the employees' behaviour. Facebook uses its organizational culture to encourage creative thinking and innovation, which distinguish the competition against firms like Google, Twitter etc. Culture highlight the creativity and
improvements within the organization as it facilitates innovation, which is highly important in the social media business. With the help of cultural support Facebook developed its generic strategiesandintensivestrategies(Lubis,2020).Thefollowingcharacteristicsaremost noticeable in the Facebook culture are: Creative problem solving and decision-making:The organization values the creativity while solving problems of the employees and effective decision-making (Nikpour, 2017). There are several points which has been included in diversity policies of Facebook such as commitment to equality, aim to create a healthy working environment so that diverse individuals can active contribute in growth and success of organization. On the other hand, Dallas Mavericks has included several points in diversity policies such as there would be no discrimination between individuals on basis of caste, gender, age and other factors. It has emphasis on providing healthy and safe as well as open environment so that employee’s can easily communicate with each other thereby motivated to give their best for benefits of firm.Furthermore, company while selecting particular individual has give equal opportunities to all so that they can make use of their respective skills and capabilities and helped in enhancing growth of organization. Therefore, it can be stated that better diversity policies helps company in coordinating diverse individual to work as an team rather than individual for achievement of common goals. CONCLUSION This report concludes that the leaderships is an important skill which help employees to motivate towards the work and to achieve the target goal of company with effective and efficiently working. It also helps organization to achieve the target goal by motivating the employees which can be known from leaderships models and styles followed by organization.
